Abstract :
@EN This study was undertaken to compare hematological and serum biochemical values of the male New Zealand White rabbits immediately after arrival with those values of rabbits one week after acclimation. The Mean corpuscular hemoglobin
concentration
were significantly increased when the rabbits were acclimated for one week. In addition. Many serum biochemical parameters, Alkaline phosphatase, Creatinine, Calcium, Phospholipid, Potassium, Triglyceride were significantly increased. Meanwhile,
Blood
urea nitrogen, Inorganic phosphorus, Chloride, Creatine kinase were significantly reduced, following the acclimation. The present results showed valuable informations on the hematology and serum biochemistry of male New Zealand White rabbits,
approximately 3~4 months of age, in Korea.
